What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the next-generation business banking platform.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear specifications and user stories.
• Lead product development for payment systems, including ACH, wire transfers, card networks, and real-time payments.
• Define APIs, data models, and integration patterns in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior product managers to strengthen the product organization.
• Partner with clients to gather feedback, validate product direction, and manage implementation planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial services or B2B fintech.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and product architecture.
• Deep knowledge of payment rails (ACH, wire, card networks, real-time payments).
• Experience with payment compliance, security frameworks, and access control design.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience working with credit unions or community banks.
• Familiarity with digital banking vendors such as Q2, Apiture, Temenos, or Fiserv.
