What you will do

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the OTC platform to align with treasury needs and merchant expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end OTC lifecycle, including FX quote requests, rate management, deal execution, and post-trade reporting.
• Partner with Treasury and Compliance to ensure efficient liquidity management and adherence to KYC/AML and cross-border regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance to implement automated reconciliation and auditable reporting capabilities.
• Develop APIs and tooling to enable programmatic interaction with the OTC platform for merchants and internal teams.
• Monitor key performance metrics like quote-to-deal conversion and FX spreads to drive platform optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or FX.
• Hands-on experience building for or working with an OTC desk, including deal flow and counterparty management.
• Deep knowledge of FX pricing mechanics, spread management, and liquidity sourcing.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for querying large datasets and deriving product insights.
• Understanding of exchange infrastructure, including order books and settlement cycles.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
