What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for internal workflows and tooling to fix operational bottlenecks.
• Drive root cause analysis and execute on complex problems including AML/KYC, reconciliations, corporate actions, and tax reporting.
• Design automation strategies leveraging internal tooling, AI, and workflow orchestration.
• Define success metrics and SLAs, writing specifications for high-leverage internal tools.
• Manage the data framework for project prioritization in collaboration with Risk, Sales, and Support.
• Lead Build vs. Buy evaluations for core platform components to ensure compliance and integrity.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Product Management or technical operations within FinTech, Brokerage, or Payments platforms.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and influence senior stakeholders using actionable data.
• Deep passion for applying workflow automation and AI trends to brokerage operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial operations such as settlements, reconciliations, and best execution.
• Experience with broker-dealer platforms, clearing firms, or trading infrastructure.
• Must be based in the Americas

Nice to have

• Direct experience with cost basis, corporate actions, or security master systems.
• Strong familiarity with AI automation.
