What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the entire accounts area, including KYC/KYB and sub-accounts.
• Execute across multiple in-flight workstreams in parallel, personally shipping strategically important features.
• Rationalize account APIs and internal systems to ensure consistency across different account types and jurisdictions.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations to prioritize initiatives balancing regulatory risk and revenue impact.
• Lead discovery with partners to translate needs into sequenced roadmaps and communicate clear timelines.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, including onboarding funnel health and API usage, to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting with senior IC ownership in a regulated domain.
• Must be based in North America (EST).
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of accounts-shaped surfaces at production scale (KYC, identity, or tax-advantaged structures).
• Direct experience navigating US regulatory frameworks like FINRA, KYC/AML, FATCA, and OFAC.
• Proven ability to execute area-level roadmaps across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Proficiency in analyzing data using SQL and BI tools.

Nice to have

• Direct broker-dealer or institutional brokerage experience (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, IBKR).
• Experience with B2B2C correspondent models or entity/corporate onboarding.
• Familiarity with US retirement accounts (IRA) or non-US tax-advantaged structures.
• Experience with AI-native PM workflows using tools like Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
