What you will do

• Own the full product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for money movement, funding rails, and settlement systems.
• Drive execution across parallel workstreams, coordinating with product partners and cross-functional teams.
• Define and evolve scalable money movement APIs and settlement frameworks to support diverse partner needs.
• Make strategic build-vs-buy and integration decisions while balancing regulatory and operational constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering, treasury, compliance, and legal teams to deliver high-performing financial infrastructure.
• Track performance metrics like settlement success rates and funding speed to iterate on product solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or consulting within regulated financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with money movement systems such as ACH, wire transfers, RTP, FedNow, or FX flows.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks including NACHA, FINRA/SEC, AML/BSA, and OFAC.
• Proven track record of executing complex, multi-stream product roadmaps in high-scale environments.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, influencing across teams without direct management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI platforms.
