CAD Design Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Design automotive components and contribute to series production projects.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions and create functional concept sketches.
• Model parts and assemblies in CAD while considering manufacturing constraints.
• Document development processes and technical outcomes in a structured manner.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, suppliers, and OEM customers.
• Support production activities and on-site line support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar automotive position.
• Proficiency in CAD design software, preferably Catia V5 or NX.
• Strong command of English and Hungarian.
• Ability to work onsite in Érd, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM or TCE database management systems.
• Knowledge of RCA, D-FMEA, and Six Sigma (DFSS) processes.
• German language proficiency.
