Senior Product Systems Engineer (IoT)

Annual base pay: Ft10,907,750–Ft20,257,250

What you will do

• Research target applications such as smart appliances, doorbells, and e-metering, and identify system-level use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Management and systems engineering peers to guide product roadmaps.
• Derive, capture, and track market and product requirements throughout development.
• Perform end-application teardown and competitive analysis to define product features and technologies.
• Create customer-facing technical documentation, including chip specification tables, pinouts, register tables, data sheets, and reference manuals.
• Train internal audiences, mentor less experienced engineers, and improve systems team processes.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, plus 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of embedded microcontroller architectures and features.
• Understanding of embedded application design, including requirements analysis, part selection, hardware design, firmware, application development, and validation.
• Basic knowledge of wireless radios and protocols such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, and Wi-Fi.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Experience with scripting and automation, such as Python, and AI-powered tools for productivity, analysis, and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor industry experience and knowledge of hardware IP architecture, development, and verification.
• Knowledge of analog or digital IP design processes.
• Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Experience with Heretto, DITA documentation standards, Git, Jama, or Doors.
