Moulding Process Manager (Injection Moulding)

Location: Nyíregyháza, Hungary; hybrid workplace with an average of three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support mould repair, modification, construction development, qualification, and production performance.
• Investigate mould-related issues, identify root causes, and support supplier claim management.
• Implement Engineering Change Orders and propose improvements to mould construction and processes.
• Maintain relevant mould documentation in Teamcenter with the MD Support Team.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Moulding, Manufacturing Quality, Ramp Up teams, and external suppliers.
• Support KPI problem-solving, projects, training, knowledge sharing, and capability building across sites.

Requirements

• Experience in injection moulding, moulds, and mould design.
• Experience working with UG NX and Teamcenter.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, structured working, and continuous improvement skills.
• Proactive approach to cross-functional work and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting technical documentation processes.
• Experience with projects, cross-functional activities, training coordination, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
