What you will do

• Lead new product development, formulation, and process optimization for the patisserie mix business.
• Adapt and transfer HQ and regional technological innovations to the local Hungarian market.
• Conduct benchmark analysis of competitor products to optimize the local product range.
• Maintain accurate technical data, including data sheets, declarations, and formulas.
• Provide technical support for the production facility regarding ingredient sourcing and quality systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide technical customer service and support industrial sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product development (patisserie industry preferred).
• Fluent English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within Hungary and occasionally abroad up to 30% of the time.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
