What you will do

• Create and maintain SysML-based models including structure, behavior, requirements, and parametric data.
• Ensure model quality through strict adherence to conventions, validation, and peer reviews.
• Apply and suggest improvements to MetaModel and DataModel definitions.
• Support onboarding and coaching sessions to drive MBSE adoption within the team.
• Share best practices and contribute to the enhancement of systems engineering methods.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to manage system complexity and requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands
• English: Fluent required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software, Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in R&D, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Solid foundation in systems engineering, requirements engineering, risk management, and design control.
• Practical experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw at a model-author level.
• Proficiency in SysML and familiarity with model customization and validation rules.
