Domain Owner Systems Engineering & Systems Integration

hirify.global's Digital Technology & Security organization supports strategic digital engineering initiatives and engineering technology capabilities.

What you will do

• Own the Systems Engineering & Systems Integration domain roadmap, delivery portfolio, business capabilities, products, and services.
• Enable the engineering digital thread across requirements, architecture, system definition, verification, and integration.
• Drive adoption of model-based and data-driven engineering practices and align capabilities with business and technology strategy.
• Manage run and change portfolios, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
• Act as the primary IT counterpart for engineering stakeholders and align business priorities with technology roadmaps.
• Lead and develop approximately 7 hirify.global professionals and around 50 external specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Engineering IT, Product Development, Systems Engineering, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience leading projects, products, programs, or technology teams in complex engineering environments.
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering methodologies, requirements management, traceability, systems architecture, verification, and integration.
• Strong ownership, planning, organizational, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Polarion, Teamcenter, Capella, or comparable engineering tool platforms.
• Interest in Digital Engineering or Model-Based Systems Engineering.
