What you will do

• Own the architecture vision, target state, and multi-year roadmap for the Systems Engineering & Systems Integration domain.
• Design and evolve the digital thread architecture connecting requirements, system definition, verification, validation, and integration.
• Define architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and design guardrails, and govern solution designs and platform choices.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders, engineering leaders, product teams, and the Domain Owner to align technology direction with business outcomes.
• Support delivery teams with integration strategies, architecture patterns, technology decisions, and complex technical challenges.
• Coach technical leads and contribute to the maturity of the architecture community through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering IT, digital engineering, enterprise applications, or complex technology environments.
• Experience defining architecture strategies and technology roadmaps in engineering-intensive organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience with integration architectures, data models, APIs, cloud technologies, enterprise software ecosystems, security, and platform engineering.
• Understanding of Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, requirements management, traceability, architecture modeling, verification, validation, and integration.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Polarion, Teamcenter, Capella, or comparable engineering tool environments.
• Experience supporting product development, systems engineering, or digital thread initiatives.
• Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering principles and methodologies.
