What you will do

• Own the Systems Engineering and Systems Integration domain roadmap, delivery portfolio, business capabilities, products, services, and operational performance.
• Enable the engineering digital thread across requirements, architecture, system definition, verification, and integration.
• Translate strategic objectives into domain priorities, execution plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary IT counterpart for engineering stakeholders and align business priorities with technology roadmaps.
• Manage run and change portfolios, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
• Lead and develop approximately 7 hirify.global professionals and around 50 external specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Engineering IT, Product Development, Systems Engineering, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience leading projects, products, programs, or technology teams in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering methodologies, requirements management, traceability, systems architecture, verification, and integration.
• Strong ownership, planning, organizational, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Polarion, Teamcenter, Capella, or comparable engineering tool environments is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with model-based systems engineering, digital engineering, or data-driven engineering practices.
• Interest in continuously improving engineering platforms and technology capabilities.
