What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical programs from discovery through deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee AI-enabled and agentic workflow orchestration initiatives.
• Champion API-first platform strategies and customer 360 data initiatives.
• Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Establish program documentation, best practices, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional technical programs in SaaS or digital product environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and Agile software development.
• AI fluency with hands-on experience using productivity tools like Gemini, Claude, or Codex.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy-sensitive customer data.
