What you will do

• Coordinate system programs across multiple machines to ensure alignment with strategy and customer expectations.
• Translate complex system requirements into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks throughout the full program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and remove blockers for issues spanning multiple organizations.
• Run program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and customer-facing demonstrations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the team's vision and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Proven experience in Technical Program Management or leading complex product development.
• Strong technical background in hardware-software systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing release schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) leadership experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to verification and validation of safety-critical software.
