Focus on executing land-and-expand strategies, multi-threading key stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale live entertainment solutions.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to work from Madrid

What you will do

  • Drive new business revenue within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments to meet quarterly targets.
  • Manage the full deal cycle using MEDDIC-style methodologies.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to build lasting client relationships.
  • Execute land-and-expand motions for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, or Entertainment preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN sales methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
