What you will do
- Drive new business revenue within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments to meet quarterly targets.
- Manage the full deal cycle using MEDDIC-style methodologies.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders to build lasting client relationships.
- Execute land-and-expand motions for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, or Entertainment preferred).
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN sales methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
