What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through renewal and expansion of existing customer accounts.
- Execute solution-based sales processes targeting multiple stakeholder groups within enterprise accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans to increase sales velocity and manage sales cycles.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in ESG, Sustainability, and Procurement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and internal departments to drive account growth and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and maintain deep knowledge of the solution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years selling enterprise software to F1000 companies.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas in a SaaS or Platform environment.
- Fluency in Italian AND either Spanish or French is required.
- Experience engaging with Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, and Supply Chain personas.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com (experience with Sales Navigator and Salesloft is a plus).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.
