TL;DR

Partner Success Specialist (SaaS): Managing and growing relationships with sports clubs in the Central European market with an accent on partner engagement, churn reduction, and operational performance. Focus on onboarding new clubs, conducting business reviews, and executing reactivation plans for inactive partners.

Location: Remote, but must be based in Spain. Willingness to travel up to 15% to Germany is required.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top partner clubs via proactive communication and regular business reviews.
  • Onboard new partner clubs to the platform, providing necessary tools and conducting demo calls for prospects.
  • Improve the operational performance of partner clubs to enhance service quality and increase revenue.
  • Analyze and implement action plans to reduce partner churn and reactivate inactive accounts.
  • Perform face-to-face meetings with partners across Germany (up to 15% travel).

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success roles.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German.
  • Professional fluency in English (Business level).
  • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the padel or racket sports industry.
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Passion for racket sports.
