TL;DR
People Business Partner (HR): Scaling a neuromorphic processor company through strategic People & Culture initiatives with an accent on leadership partnering and organizational design. Focus on translating business priorities into practical people solutions and managing complex employee relations.
Location: Must be based in the Netherlands. Hybrid setup (minimum 3 days per week in the Rijswijk office). No relocation provided.

A rapidly growing Dutch semiconductor company developing ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge.
What you will do
- Partner with leaders to translate organizational needs into effective people solutions.
- Own and evolve strategic initiatives including performance management, L&D, compensation, and benefits.
- Coach team leads on leadership, team dynamics, and high-performance culture.
- Coordinate the manager lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and manage sensitive employee relations cases.
- Lead and support the development of the company's Works Council.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a senior HR or People Business Partner role.
- Proven track record in fast-growing, international, technology-driven environments.
- Strong coaching and advisory skills for managing complex people topics (conflict, performance, terminations).
- Good understanding of Dutch employment law and policy frameworks.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move from strategy to operational execution.
- Must be already based in the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Experience with organizational development, change management, or culture shaping.
- Experience supporting or developing Works Councils.
- Background in semiconductor, deep-tech, hardware, or edge AI environments.
- Proficiency with HR systems and people analytics.
