What you will do

• Act as a key HR partner for managers and employees in Tech departments across Israel and EMEA to drive performance and engagement.
• Provide hands-on guidance on HR policies, processes, and day-to-day people matters in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Support performance management, reward discussions, absence management, and employee queries.
• Manage employee relations processes, including documentation, coordination of discussions, and resolution of employee matters.
• Collaborate with the HR Shared Service Centre and cross-functional teams (Admin, IT) to support onboarding and local operational needs.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to streamline routine HR tasks and increase operational leverage.

Requirements

• Approx. 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP in a high-tech, commercial environment.
• Experience supporting R&D departments; experience with Product management is an advantage.
• Practical understanding of employee relations and HR policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrixed, multi-country organization.
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office.
