Product Manager (Core Markets)

What you will do

• Define the long-term product strategy for Core Markets through rigorous research and market analysis.
• Transform complex market signals into structured, evidence-backed business cases for leadership.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to understand competitive dynamics and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Size impactful product bets and present strategic hypotheses to stakeholders.
• Drive product direction and conviction without managing a dedicated development team.
• Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve operational efficiency and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager or Head of Product level experience with large, strategic product areas.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian required.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue outcomes.
• Experience in both large corporate and startup environments.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with GTM teams.
• Exceptional skills in structuring ambiguous problems into clear, defensible frameworks.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting.
• Prior experience as a Principal PM or equivalent senior IC role.
• Experience operating in fast-scaling environments with limited processes.
