TL;DR
Director of Product, Core Markets (Fintech): Leading the strategy and execution for priority nonprofit verticals to establish market dominance in the enterprise segment with an accent on high-scale B2B SaaS and payment ecosystems. Focus on driving ARR growth, mentoring a team of Product Managers, and managing complex enterprise-scale deals with senior executives.
Location: Remote (Core hours: 9:00–18:00 CET). Regular travel to customers, conferences, and the U.S. is required.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Core Markets (Tier 1 & 2 nonprofits).
- Lead, hire, and mentor a team of 2–5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Drive continuous discovery through executive interviews and industry events to identify must-have capabilities.
- Own strategic enterprise deals, presenting product vision and collaborating on scalable rollout plans.
- Partner with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth, win-rate, and NRR.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship impactful, reliable enterprise capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years leading other PMs.
- Proven experience in Enterprise B2B (SaaS, fintech, payments, or e-commerce).
- Strong fluency in business metrics including ARR, NRR, and time-to-value.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Native Russian language proficiency.
- Availability for regular international travel, including trips to the U.S.
- Track record of moving from insight to business case to delivery and measurable impact.

- Experience in the nonprofit, giving, or payments sectors (compliance and risk).
- Experience building vertical toolkits that scale across enterprise accounts.
