Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 (plus equity)

What you will do

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch for customer workflows in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Influence product line strategy and roadmap, incorporating long-term vision, user segment insights, and market trends.
• Lead customer research and maintain key customer relationships to translate needs into product requirements.
• Synthesize variety of insights through discovery to drive decision-making on product tradeoffs.
• Coach and mentor other product managers to improve the team's overall product craft.
• Balance design and technical tradeoffs to solve customer needs creatively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of creating new products from 0-1.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive development at startup speed.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with designers to build simple, beautiful user experiences.
