What you will do

• Prioritize international markets based on volume potential and ease of entry using market research and business judgment.
• Define the full scope of product adaptations, including local compliance, payment methods, and UX localization.
• Coordinate between legal, finance, product, and GTM teams to align delivery timelines and unblock execution.
• Own the end-to-end launch process from initial market selection through go-live and post-launch outcome tracking.
• Actively utilize AI tools in daily workflows to identify new ways to solve functional problems and improve operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager shipping products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Track record of product localization, internationalization, or multi-market expansion.
• Ability to lead through influence across shared resources without a dedicated development team.
• Experience working in both structured corporate environments and fast-paced startups.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.
• Must be based in Turkey.

Nice to have

• Background in payments, processing, or banking with familiarity with regulatory environments.
