What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for key product areas to align customer needs with business goals.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, experimentation, and analytics.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Leadership teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to the evolution of product processes and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within SaaS, technology, or digital product environments.
• Fluency in both Czech and English is a must.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling, and improving digital products.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional Agile teams and engineers in a hands-on delivery model.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics and customer feedback.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered products, automation, or data-driven platforms.
• Background in high-growth SaaS companies.
• International or multi-market product experience.
• Technical background or strong understanding of modern product development environments.
