is a Berlin-based startup building AI tools to modernize the audit industry and eliminate manual spreadsheet-based workflows.
What you will do
- Contribute to the discovery, definition, and delivery of products within the AI audit toolbox.
- Conduct weekly customer interviews to uncover pain points and validate product solutions.
- Prototype ideas using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and v0 to test concepts rapidly.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the entire build cycle.
- Translate AI capabilities and limitations into actionable product decisions and roadmaps.
- Maintain high standards for documentation, including clear writing and detailed PRDs.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a product role.
- Proven track record of shipping B2B SaaS products that are actively used by paying customers.
- AI-native mindset with daily experience using LLMs, agents, and modern AI tooling.
- Experience shipping at least one AI-powered feature, including managing evals, latency, and hallucinations.
- Ability to thrive in early-stage startup environments characterized by high ambiguity and speed.
- Must be able to work from the Berlin office for a hybrid setup.
Nice to have
- Experience as a founder or shipping a significant AI side project.
- Technical proficiency in reading code, running scripts, or fine-tuning prompts.
- Domain expertise in audit, compliance, legal, or document-heavy professional services.
