What you will do

• Provide legal support for M&A, financings, and other strategic transactions.
• Advise management and stakeholders on business operations and strategy.
• Manage SEC reporting and securities law compliance.
• Oversee corporate entity management and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support legal strategy for litigation by coordinating with internal and external counsel.

Requirements

• LL.B. or equivalent degree.
• Valid Israeli Bar admission.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and handle sensitive information.
