What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate asset purchase agreements (APAs), investment transactions, and M&A.
• Handle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS/HaaS agreements, including SLAs and T&Cs.
• Manage a broad range of commercial agreements and resolve labor-related matters.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel to ensure cost-effective and high-quality legal support.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting the company's activities in the AI domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and risk management.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Israel and/or the US.
• Approximately 7 years of relevant experience as a senior associate in a top-tier law firm or as in-house legal counsel.
• Proven experience in APAs, M&A transactions, and supporting high-growth Hi-Tech companies.
• Expertise in technology agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS/HaaS) and corporate law.
• Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills in English.
• Degree from a top-tier university.
