What you will do

• Provide legal advice on corporate law, capital markets, and corporate governance.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including development, publishing, and vendor contracts.
• Support M&A-related activities and strategic business initiatives.
• Improve legal processes, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Implement and utilize AI and legal tech tools within the legal function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external legal counsel.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate and capital markets law.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in contract, employment, defamation, consumer, or intellectual property law.
• Background in media, tech, or gaming industries.
