What you will do

• Prepare legal advice and draft IP and IT agreements, including licensing and talent contracts.
• Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial terms and business agreements.
• Support the Group Legal Department and various business units in daily operations.
• Continuous improvement of standard form agreements and internal legal processes.
• Monitor legal trends and developments within the video game industry.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IP and IT law, preferably within an international law firm.
• Polish Bar membership (legal advisor or advocate).
• Deep knowledge of civil law, copyright, and IT-related laws within a technology environment.
• Experience managing the entire contract process from drafting to execution.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in the video game industry is a significant advantage.
