What you will do
- Drive account success by aligning client business strategies with technical requirements and launch timelines.
- Own and manage the full renewal cycle for an assigned book of business.
- Identify and execute opportunities for product adoption and revenue growth.
- Act as a strong customer advocate to internal cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and improve CRM data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Utilize analytics to make data-driven decisions regarding customer engagement and health.
