What you will do

  • Engage professionally with customers via inbound/outbound calls and email.
  • Manage a subset of customer accounts to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with account managers to compose and execute joint success plans.
  • Act as an escalation point for support issues and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM system.
  • Lead recurrent business meetings to guide users through platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new software platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA/CSA regulations.
  • French language proficiency.
  • Experience with Five9.
