Head of Customer AI Transformation (AI): Leading the internal AI Transformation Factory to evolve post-sales motions and drive customer adoption of hirify.global's AI platform with an accent on operational redesign and AI activation models. Focus on building ROI-validated use case libraries, converting seats to AI products, and driving cross-functional alignment between Product and Engineering.

Location: Remote (depending on US state) or Hybrid in San Francisco or New York. Must be based in the US.

Salary: $178,400 – $262,000 (base range depends on US pay zone).

What you will do

  • Lead the AI Transformation Factory to redesign post-sales motions and evolve the CS organization into an AI-activation model.
  • Develop an ROI-validated AI use case library structured by persona and vertical to be embedded in CS tooling.
  • Implement playbooks and commercial tools to enable seat-to-AI conversion during the renewal workflow.
  • Transition core services delivery to AI activation, redefining implementation roles and pricing packaging.
  • Run targeted proofs of concept with strategic customers to validate AI use cases in real-world environments.
  • Drive cross-functional operationalization across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ship changes rapidly.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in customer success, professional services, rev ops, or product management within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of transforming internal operating models and upskilling large teams.
  • Strong technical fluency in generative AI, agent orchestration, and LLM-based enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with revenue targets, pricing strategy, and services P&L management.
  • Must be based in the US (remote or hybrid).
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes.
