What you will do

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Toolchain Observability.
• Establish the product direction for how AI agents and autonomous workflows utilize toolchain signals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs across various deployments.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize functional requirements for telemetry collection and analytics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
• Act as an external thought leader in the Toolchain Observability and Agent Productivity Engineering space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product management in a customer-facing context.
• Deep domain knowledge of observability.
• Prior experience as a software engineer or DevOps engineer.
• Proven ability to build and manage a pragmatic product roadmap.
• Must be based in the EST timezone.
• Active use of Agentic AI tools in your daily professional workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tooling, build systems, or CI/CD products.
• Experience building AI-powered products, agentic workflows, or LLM-based tooling.
