What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for internal platforms supporting clinical and operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for operational systems and workflow orchestration.
• Partner with Clinical and Operations teams to translate pain points into scalable product solutions.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work and enhance internal decision-making.
• Balance short-term operational priorities with long-term platform investments and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver complex initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
• Experience leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams and systems.
• Strong familiarity with AI concepts, including LLMs and automation.
• Ability to evaluate where AI adds meaningful value versus simple system improvements.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, integrations, and operational trade-offs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or workflow systems.
• Experience working directly with clinical or operations teams.
