What you will do

• Act as the go-to expert for specific categories, managing seller/buyer dynamics and community channels.
• Source and onboard new sellers through social media, outbound channels, and in-person events.
• Partner with strategic sellers to build and execute long-term growth plans.
• Lead seller marketing initiatives, including offline events and influencer partnerships.
• Use SQL and data analytics to derive business insights and assess category growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management working with business partners, streamers, or creators.
• Native Japanese and fluent English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of Japanese cultural and community dynamics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, AirTable, and Sigma for account management.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth startup environment.

• Experience as a seller, entrepreneur, or at a high-growth marketplace/creator platform.
• Existing network of sellers and influencers within hirify.global product categories.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Passion for collectibles, vintage clothing, or creator communities.
