Salary: $224,000 – $313,500

What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the Business to Agent channel, sequencing investments by economic contribution.
• Ensure inventory, pricing, and loyalty signals are machine-readable and correctly interpreted across agent surfaces.
• Develop a research agenda to understand how AI agents reason, rank, and recommend travel options.
• Operate a high-velocity experimentation system to translate learnings into durable product enhancements and content systems.
• Lead a squad of senior engineers as a Single Threaded Leader to amplify output through automation.
• Communicate complex ecosystem dynamics and strategic trade-offs to C-suite and board members.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or technical product leadership with increasing scope of ownership.
• Demonstrated zero-to-one track record of building and scaling a new channel or capability from inception to commercial outcome.
• Highly technical ability to reason about web infrastructure, retrieval systems, and APIs.
• Strong executive communication and ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA.
• US work authorization required (E-Verify participant).

• Founder or founder-adjacent experience in AI or platform businesses.
