Salary: $108,200 – $180,400 USD

What you will do

• Define and own the platform and integration strategy for CRM, fundraising, and volunteer systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Design and deliver cross-product capabilities that enable end-to-end workflows across multiple applications and user roles.
• Develop public APIs and platform primitives to support extensibility, scalability, and third-party integrations.
• Enable automation and agent-driven workflows by defining orchestration, permissions, and system interaction models.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to make system-level design decisions and ensure long-term scalability.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas and improve product direction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, platform products, or integration-heavy environments.
• Strong technical background with APIs, distributed systems, integrations, and system architecture concepts.
• Proven ability to build and ship platform capabilities used across multiple products or ecosystems.
• Experience working with developer platforms, partner integrations, or API-first products.
• Hands-on mindset with experience building prototypes and workflows to validate ideas.
• Must be based in the United States or select Canadian provinces.
