What you will do

• Lead product definition using the "working backwards" strategy, including creating press releases and FAQs based on market feedback.
• Define the long-term product vision, roadmap, investment strategies, and experimentation for Agentic AI services.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through GTM for large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS offerings.
• Drive revenue and adoption by monitoring daily business metrics and performing competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage trade-offs based on customer requirements and oversee QA/testing.
• Report business growth and adoption metrics to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA or Santa Clara, CA.
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products.
• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market.
