What you will do

• Own the Interact product end-to-end, including scrape-then-interact workflows, session chaining, and persistent profiles.
• Extract product signals by analyzing customer interactions across GitHub, Discord, and support tickets.
• Distinguish actual user needs from explicit requests to prioritize product bets and features.
• Rapidly design, build, and measure product experiments to iterate on features in a matter of days.
• Develop reliable prompt-based interactions that work consistently across any webpage.
• Relentlessly dogfood the API to ensure a high-quality developer experience before shipping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping developer-facing products in browser automation, web scraping, or agent tooling.
• Deep technical understanding of agentic systems and how AI agents select and use tools.
• Ability to operate as a solo owner, handling everything from product design to deployment.
• Product-first mindset with the ability to make decisions under ambiguity and imperfect data.
• Must be based in San Francisco or within the Americas (UTC-3 to UTC-10).
