What you will do

• Design and execute sales enablement programs for Japan in partnership with global and regional leadership.
• Diagnose gaps in pipeline generation and deal execution to provide targeted support for reps and managers.
• Regionalize global content and frameworks to align with Japanese buyer expectations and cultural nuances.
• Develop repeatable sales motions, playbooks, and manager-facing tools for effective field execution.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and deal-based enablement.
• Measure program effectiveness to iterate on selling motions and training strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, sales strategy, or GTM roles.
• Proven track record of partnering with sales leaders to drive behavior change.
• Experience adapting global B2B sales programs for the Japan market.
• Deep understanding of Japanese buyer expectations and cultural dynamics.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to execute complex plans.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting broader APAC markets.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like Command of the Message, MEDDICC, or MEDDPICC.
• Experience with technical platform products or proficiency using hirify.global.
