What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of brand marketing initiatives, including PR campaigns, analyst relations, and industry awards.
• Partner with external PR agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate media outreach and journalist relationships.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for brand marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from design, content, digital, and product marketing teams.
• Monitor and report on the impact of PR, awards, and analyst relations activities to provide strategic recommendations.
• Maintain and update the global communications calendar in collaboration with regional leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within brand marketing, PR, or communications.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
• Not accepting applicants from British Columbia.
• Strong understanding of public relations, analyst relations, and awards processes.
• Proven experience managing agencies and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflow efficiency.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting.
