Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage the entire Customer Journey for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Partner with Customer Success Engineers to align technical enablement with customer business KPIs.
• Define and execute Customer Success Plans to drive adoption and value.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, serving as an internal voice of the customer.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Own renewal opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives on expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, or related SaaS products.
• 5+ years in customer success, account management, engagement management, or pre-sales roles.
• Knowledge of modern Cloud Infrastructure providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Must be based on the US East Coast.
• Ability to travel 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
