What you will do
- Manage the renewal process for complex, high-value customer accounts, including multi-product and custom contracts.
- Execute retention strategies to proactively mitigate churn and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing and terms with procurement and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze usage analytics and customer health data to forecast risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate forecasting.
- Optimize renewal processes, templates, and tooling while mentoring junior team members in Salesforce and Gainsight.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a software or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, subscription terms, and recurring revenue principles.
- Proven track record in handling strategic renewal and expansion negotiations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and similar CRM/CSM tooling.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Outstanding analytical and forecasting skills.
