What you will do

• Manage the renewal process for complex, high-value customer accounts, including multi-product and custom contracts.
• Execute retention strategies to proactively mitigate churn and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing and terms with procurement and executive stakeholders.
• Analyze usage analytics and customer health data to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate forecasting.
• Optimize renewal processes, templates, and tooling while mentoring junior team members in Salesforce and Gainsight.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a software or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, subscription terms, and recurring revenue principles.
• Proven track record in handling strategic renewal and expansion negotiations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and similar CRM/CSM tooling.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Outstanding analytical and forecasting skills.
