What you will do

• Onboard and support customers through the entire client lifecycle from day one through renewal.
• Collaborate with GTM and security teams to upsell services based on client security goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to drive customers toward specific business outcomes.
• Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Review and track customer feedback to identify trends and implement service improvements.
• Maintain constant engagement via monthly touchpoints and quarterly customer satisfaction meetings.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Monday.com is preferred.
