Compensation: Up to $200,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of CSMs supporting Enterprise customers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Define and execute segment-specific strategies and operationalize engagement models tailored to Enterprise needs.
- Monitor adoption and health scores to proactively identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and improve retention outcomes.
- Implement processes, tooling, and automation to increase team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Prior people management experience with a proven track record of developing teams.
- Experience supporting Enterprise or high-ARR customer segments using high-touch models.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Background in Cybersecurity or DevOps is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
