TL;DR

Senior Manager, Customer Success Management (Cybersecurity): Leading and mentoring a team of CSMs to drive retention and growth for Enterprise customers with an accent on data-informed engagement and operational scaling. Focus on designing engagement models, identifying churn risks, and collaborating with Product and Sales teams to maximize customer value.

Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: Up to $200,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of CSMs supporting Enterprise customers to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Define and execute segment-specific strategies and operationalize engagement models tailored to Enterprise needs.
  • Monitor adoption and health scores to proactively identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and improve retention outcomes.
  • Implement processes, tooling, and automation to increase team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Prior people management experience with a proven track record of developing teams.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise or high-ARR customer segments using high-touch models.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Background in Cybersecurity or DevOps is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
