What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients to optimize campaigns within the rewarded ecosystem.
- Lead campaign setup, tracking, and continuous performance analysis to meet KPIs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide industry insights to elevate campaign impact.
- Collaborate with BI, Fraud, and UA teams to proactively solve complex issues and mitigate risks.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through strategic upselling.
- Contribute to the scaling and evolution of the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and data proficiency to shape campaign strategies.
- Excellent persuasive communication skills for high-level client relationship management.
- Technical knowledge of digital advertising, campaign tracking tools, and integrations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to solving client and business challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced startup environment.
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo and available for hybrid work (5 days per week in office)
Nice to have
- Experience in client success, account management, or business development within digital advertising, gaming, or app industries.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience making data-informed decisions.
