- Craft messaging strategies aligned with in-game progression and event rhythms.
- Drive end-to-end user communication implementation from planning to creative production.
- Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and user insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Live Ops, and Data Science teams to align messaging with game initiatives.
- Work with Engineering to test and release new in-game features for direct marketing channels.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, player-centricity, and excellence within the team.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing within tech, gaming, or mobile apps.
- Proven track record of executing data-driven marketing campaigns and A/B experimentation.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on user lifecycle management and triggered events.
- Solid HTML and debugging skills.
- Must be able to work in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Tokyo.
- Deep understanding or fandom of the Monster Hunter franchise.
