TL;DR
GTM Enablement Lead (SMB): Bridging global GTM priorities with SMB sales execution by translating complex initiatives into repeatable enablement programs with an accent on seller behavior change and business impact. Focus on building scalable sales plays, optimizing workflows, and driving performance metrics across a distributed revenue ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL with a requirement to be in-office 1-2x/month and ability to collaborate weekly with teams in Salt Lake City and Lisbon (including time zone alignment).
Salary: $167,500 - $234,500 USD

What you will do
- Translate priority GTM motions into actionable SMB execution plans.
- Represent the voice of SMB sellers and managers in global enablement planning.
- Develop scalable sales plays, launch packages, and reinforcement materials.
- Equip sellers with resources to manage high activity volumes and improve deal velocity.
- Measure program impact using data, field feedback, and performance indicators.
- Connect cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy.
- Experience supporting SMB, scaled sales, or high-velocity revenue teams is required.
- Proven ability to design programs that drive seller behavior change.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to collaborate weekly with teams in Salt Lake City and Lisbon, including working hours that accommodate the Lisbon time zone.
- Annual travel to Salt Lake City and Lisbon offices is required.

- Experience in digital advertising, media, or platform businesses.
- Experience with AI-assisted selling or sales automation.
