TL;DR

GTM Enablement Lead, SMB (SaaS): Translating global GTM priorities into actionable execution plans for the SMB sales organization with an accent on seller behavior change and business impact. Focus on building scalable sales plays, developing manager coaching guides, and measuring enablement adoption through data-driven metrics.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (required to be in office 1-2x per month). Must be able to collaborate weekly with teams in Utah and Portugal, including adjusting working hours to accommodate the Lisbon time zone.

Salary: $167,500 - $234,500 USD

What you will do

  • Translate priority GTM motions into SMB-ready execution plans, defining what sellers need to say, do, and use.
  • Act as the voice of SMB sellers and managers in global enablement planning to ensure programs are practical and field-ready.
  • Develop scalable sales plays, discovery guides, objection handling resources, and manager coaching materials.
  • Equip sellers with workflows to manage high activity volumes and improve pipeline generation and deal velocity.
  • Measure adoption and impact using leading and lagging indicators such as ramp time and tool usage.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM Enablement to streamline launches.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership.
  • Proven experience supporting SMB, scaled, or high-velocity revenue teams.
  • Expertise in designing enablement programs that drive actual seller behavior change.
  • Strong program management skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency with revenue tools such as Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, and LMS platforms.
  • Must be based in New York City, NY with ability to travel annually to Utah and Portugal.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital advertising, media, SaaS, or platform businesses.
  • Experience supporting third-party or vendor-led distributed sales teams.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted selling and sales automation productivity programs.
  • Experience building enablement programs across multiple global regions.
