Salary: $143,600 - $201,000 USD

What you will do

• Represent the SMB Seller by partnering with SMB vendor and sales teams to ensure third-party sellers are equipped with the same playbooks, messaging, and workflows.
• Enable Pipeline Generation by developing playbooks, messaging, and outreach frameworks.
• Drive Seller Productivity at Scale by equipping reps with simple, repeatable workflows and resources.
• Accelerate Ramp & Execution by supporting onboarding and ongoing development programs.
• Operationalize GTM Programs by adapting global enablement initiatives to fit the pace and workflow of SMB teams.
• Use Data to Improve Performance by tracking enablement effectiveness and iterating programs based on results.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership—experience in SMB or commercial segments required.
• Experience designing and running enablement programs for third-party or vendor sales teams.
• Exceptional facilitator and communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven and fluent in using metrics, dashboards, and AI-powered insights.
• Proficient in enablement tools (Highspot, Gong, LMS), Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
